Regina CFL Youth Flag Football (previously Touch football) is a non-contact league for boys & girls ages 7 - 17, providing opportunities to learn new skills. Flag football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, receiver, centre, and defensive back. Registration for the summer/fall session opens in early May each year.
Mini Rugby is a fun and active start to being part of a team through the joy of rugby. By developing the principles for the love of physical activity, team work, and the skills of rugby at early ages, we are aiming to develop strong values and skills that can be used throughout a lifetime. Flag Football is a non-contact league for boys and girls ages 7 to 17 (turning by the end of the year in which you are registering). 2 sessions are offered each year, Spring and new in 2016, Summer/Fall. Watch for registration dates annually in early January.
