Regina CFL Youth Flag Football (previously Touch football) is a non-contact league for boys & girls ages 7 - 15 providing opportunities to learn new skills. Flag football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, receiver, centre, and defensive back. Registration for the summer/fall session opens in early May each year.
