The 3 4 5 Fun Hockey Program has been around for many years. Since the 1996 – 1997 season, it has been sponsored by the Arcola East Community Association on behalf of all City of Regina Community Associations.

Regina Minor Rugby is a fun and active start to being part of a team through the joy of rugby. By developing the principles for the love of physical activity, team work, and the skills of rugby at early ages, we are aiming to develop strong values and skills that can be used throughout a lifetime. The Co-operators Centre in Regina is home to the University of Regina Cougars, and also offers public skating, drop-in hockey, parent and tot skating, and 3 on 3 hockey. Coming to the Cooperators for a tournament, you won't have to leave as there are a number of food options!
