RSST offers the following programs:
CanSkate beginners skating lessons (for all ice sports)
Star Skate 1-3 group lessons for those finishing the CanSkate levels
StarSkate 4-10 group lessons for competitive synchro skaters and others to further develop their individual skills

The Regina Synchronized Skating Teams provide the opportunity for skaters of all ages, gender, and skating experience to enjoy the fun and healthy aspects of this exciting, lifelong ice sport, in a friendly team based atmosphere. Learn to skate recreationally or competitively, while having fun!
Synchronized skating is a relatively new and exciting discipline of figure skating that consists of teams of 8 to 20 individuals performing a variety of choreographed movements while interpreting the story and emotion of the music.
All coaches are certified by Skate Canada. Teams practice 1 – 2 times per week and additional ice dance and skills sessions will be offered as appropriate. Skaters may work towards Skate Canada CanSkate, dance and skill levels if they wish. Skate Canada mandates are followed, including those for the use of helmets by the beginners in our CanSkate and Introductory Synchro program.
DID YOU KNOW THAT WE OFFER...
The CanSkate group (age 3 to adult) is a beginners skating class taught using Skate Canada's new Canskate format and working on Canskate levels teaching the basics of skating that can be applied to any ice sport including figure skating, hockey, ringette, speed skating and of course, synchro.
Introductory StarSkate & Skills
STARSkate offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to develop fundamental figure skating skills in the areas of ice dance, skating skills, free skate and interpretive skating.
Introductory Synchronized Skating
This class is for beginner skaters wanting to try synchronized skating in a non-competitive group. This recreational class introduces the technique and elements required for synchronized skating.
Youth Competitive Synchronized Skating
Competitive teams for ages 4 to 19. Skate Canada’s SynchroSkate program includes a number of Synchronized Skating categories which accommodate skaters at any age and skill level.
Adult Skating - recreational and competitive
Adult skating is growing in popularity and more and more clubs are offering recreational, test and competitive opportunities to this segment of the population. Through RSST, adults can participate in CanSkate, Introductory Starskate, Group Skills, Introductory Synchro as well as participate in competitive synchronized skating on one of our two adult teams.
