The YMCA offers a fantastic, convenient venue at our Northwest location for children to spend their birthday parties. We provide children with lots of fun with the many activities to choose from such as gym activities, play structure, climbing wall, etc. Trained staff will supervise your children and facilitate their play experiences. YOUTH AND PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS
We have classes for youth of all ages at both of our YMCA locations.
Jr NBA Rookie Division (ages 5-7)
Mini Fit Kids
Drop-in Kinder Gym for all ages
Bouldering: For ages 7 and up. Drop in and learn rock climbing basics and safety.
Roped Climbing: For ages 7 and up.
Intro to Racquetball

The YMCA offers a number of pre and post-natal programs, including Childbirth Preparation & Refresher, Multiple Pregnancy & Birth, Y's Moms, Prenatal Aquafit & Yoga, Post Partum Support Group, and Hospital Tours. Click here for complete details.
Looking for an outing with the kids? Our large play structure, located at the Northwest and East locations, is available for drop-in play. The East location has a Physical Literacy area (think Ninja Warrior!) featuring warped walls, carpet bonded foam floor, gymnastic rings, stall bars, ropes and monkey bars. Child minding is offered. BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL
The Before and After School program is a childcare program that takes place in selected school sites in Regina. Click here for more information including the participating schools.
CAMPS (ages 3-13)
Let your children join us on all professional development days and week day school holidays for some fun as we introduce them to positive opportunities and develop their potential. These day camps are for both the public and separate school systems. Camp time runs from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Children participate in a variety of activities including but not limited to arts, crafts, sports, team building activities, out trips, swimming, and leadership development. Summer Camps - For Ages 3-12
YMCA Inclusive Summer Programs are so much more than just fun in the sun. Our camps have a structure and routine of active living and recreation. Campers will enjoy outdoor activities, sports, swimming, and outings into the community, in addition to explorations into the creative arts, science, and key concepts of healthy living (physical activity and nutrition).
Mighty Munchkins - This half-day camp is perfect for your preschooler as this is a great way to get your child ready for preschool or Kindergarten. Creative games, songs, crafts, theme based activities, recreational swimming, and out trips will fill little campers’ half day.

Special Needs Inclusion Camps
Participants will take part in day camp activities, learn new skills and have fun. Visit here for complete details.
We provide a fun and safe environment where your children, newborn to six years old, are cared for by our staff team of dedicated individuals who are committed to the growth of children through positive and creative play while you participate in our YMCA programs. It is an opportunity for your children to play and interact with other children. Our staff are certified in Standard First Aid and CPR. Visit the YMCA website for details.
BABYSITTING/HOME ALONE COURSES
Payment is due upon registration. To register with a credit card, please call the front desk at 306-757-9622. You can also register in person at either YMCA location at the front desk.
This training course is focused on child care, planning and preparation to be a babysitter. Children will be certified through Saskatchewan Safety Council. You must be 11 years old at the time of registration.

This certificate program will help build your child’s self confidence, sense of responsibility and decision making abilities through a fun and interactive environment of role play and discussions. YMCA VOLUNTEER TUTORING PROGRAM
YMCA Volunteer Tutoring Program is an after school program designed to help students/individuals improve their academic performance. The program is open and free of charge to all students in grades 5-12 as well as those involved in ESL and G.E.D. programs. You do not need to be a YMCA member in order to apply for the program. The YMCA of Regina would like all members of the community to take part in its programs and enjoy it’s facilities and services regardless of economic circumstance. Financial Assistance is available for those who feel they would benefit from joining the YMCA but are financially unable, not unwilling, to pay the full general membership fees.
