Located in the Cathedral area in Central Regina, Regina's Early Learning Centre is a child and family development centre working co-operatively with low income families to provide programs which foster healthy development of children from prenatal to five years of age.

Sacred Heart Community School is part of Regina Catholic Schools and is located in the North Central Community.
