Mindful Heart Preschool, located in NW Regina inside WH Ford School, offers 2 day and 3 day morning preschool programs for children ages 2 1/2 – 5 years (must be 3 years old by December 31 of the school year for which you are registering. For example, must be 3 by December 31 for the 2024-2025 school year).
Our play-based preschool program is designed to offer a balance of structure and free play through arts & crafts, science, theme days, and field trips focusing on the personal, social and academic skills to help prepare for Kindergarten.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this program. Our teacher is absolutely fabulous and is always giving updates and providing photos to the point it feels like you’re in the classroom everyday with your child. The variety of learning centers in the classroom is phenomenal and constantly changing to keep the children’s interest and has them eager to come to school each day and learn something new. It’s nice to have a place for children to build friendships and parents to connect through field trips and see first hand what’s going on in the classroom. This program is so welcoming and a joy to be part of!
When searching for the preschool I felt comfortable sending my daughter too(first time mom jitters!) we viewed several before I met Mrs.M, while the other places I had a certain uneasiness feeling, I instantly felt so comfortable with her and my daughter instantly took a liking, now it’s to the point I get pouty eyes whenever I say no school today, Mrs.M has a wonderful class dynamic, and is always warm and engaging with both the kids and parents in and out of the class room, my two year old son cannot wait until he’s old enough to be in her program, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made and the leaps and bounds my daughter has come since starting at Mindful hearts!
We are so happy we chose Mindful Hearts Preschool! Our son has learned so much during his time at this school. The kids are always learning and participating in various fun activities and themes. The communication from Mrs. M is top notch and we always know what the theme is, the monthly calendar activities, as well as we receive pictures and videos of their learning throughout the morning. Mrs. M is interactive with the children and cares about each and every student. We highly recommend Mindful Hearts Preschool!
