We are a youth-oriented music group that performs in the community, competes at Highland Games across Canada. The band offers exceptional instruction for children and youth, ages 8-19, for learning bagpipes and drums.
At Dance Plus we provide professional, qualified instruction in all disciplines for both the recreational and competitive dancer. There are classes and camps for ages 3 and up in Regina, Lumsden and White City. We also host birthday parties and summer camps!
The best way to preview Luther College High School and meet other students who want to attend Luther is to join the Future Luther Student program, for kids in Kindergarten to Grade 8. Luther College High School also offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
The annual Queen City Marathon (QCM), a qualifying race for the Boston Marathon, is more than a race, it is an amazing community event which attracts participants from all across Saskatchewan, Canada, the United States, and around the world. Races include a full walk/run marathon, half walk/run marathon, kids race, family race, night race, and more!
Regina Minor Rugby is a fun and active start to being part of a team through the joy of rugby. By developing the principles for the love of physical activity, team work, and the skills of rugby at early ages, we are aiming to develop strong values and skills that can be used throughout a lifetime. For ages 4-14.
Regina NFL Youth Flag Football is a non-contact league for boys and girls ages 7 to 17 (turning by the end of the year in which you are registering). 2 sessions are offered each year, Spring, Fall and Winter.
The Regina Synchronized Skating Teams provide the opportunity for skaters of all ages, gender and skating experience to enjoy the fun and healthy aspects of this exciting lifelong ice sport in a friendly team based atmosphere.
The Co-operators Centre in Regina is home to the University of Regina Cougars, and also offers public skating, drop-in hockey, parent and tot skating, and 3 on 3 hockey. Coming to the Cooperators for a tournament, you won't have to leave as there are a number of food options!

Recreation and Athletics at the University of Regina offers a number of programs during the summer months as well as throughout the school year. These programs are specifically for children. We also offer public memberships for our Fitness Centre, and fitness programs.
