Parent and Me

At Dance Plus we provide professional, qualified instruction in all disciplines for both the recreational and competitive dancer. There are classes and camps for ages 3 and up in Regina, Lumsden and White City. We also host birthday parties and summer camps!

The annual Queen City Marathon (QCM), a qualifying race for the Boston Marathon, is more than a race, it is an amazing community event which attracts participants from all across Saskatchewan, Canada, the United States, and around the world. Races include a full walk/run marathon, half walk/run marathon, kids race, family race, night race, and more! Whether or not you race, you can participate

The Regina Humane Society (RHS), located in Regina, SK, is dedicated to improving the well-being of animals in our community.  There are so many homeless animals just waiting for their Furever home, can you help?

Stars and Strollers is a play date for you and your baby.

The Co-operators Centre in Regina is home to the University of Regina Cougars, and also offers public skating, drop-in hockey, parent and tot skating, and 3 on 3 hockey. Coming to the Cooperators for a tournament, you won't have to leave as there are a number of food options!
