Flag Football is a non-contact league for boys and girls ages 7 (6 turning 7 by Dec 31/2016) through 17 (16 turning 17 by Dec 31/2016), providing opportunities to learn new skills.  Flag Football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, running back, defensive back, and receiver.  Flag Football season begins in May and continues until the end of June.

The goal of our league is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our league is open to all boys and girls in the Regina area.
