2019-2020 ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

JOIN US FOR IN-PERSON REGISTRATION AUGUST 20 & 22 from 10:00am to 2:00pm and August 26 2:00-7:00pm.

Classes begin Tuesday September 3rd, 2019 and continue until mid-June, concluding with the annual production “Danskapades” at the Conexus Arts Centre.

The Martin School Of Dance & Baton Twirling has been in operation for over 60 years, and continues to enjoy a very high standard of instruction in baton and dance. Classes are conducted by qualified fully accredited teachers. You may be confident the quality of dance training your child receives will be technically sound, whether as a once a week recreational participant or as a full-time student.

Classes begin in early September and continue to mid-June, concluding with our annual production, Danskapades, held at the Conexus Arts Centre.. All students take part in this production (with the exception of session students) and is the highlight of the year for everyone. We also have some class offerings in January for the little ones.

Programs Offered:

• Toddler Time - Ages 24 months to 3 years (sessions only)
• Nursery Rhymes and Rhythms - Age 3- 4 years (sessions only)
• Combination Dance Class - Ages 4 & 7
• Ballet - Ages 6 and up
• Jazz - Ages 7 and up, after 2-3 years of combination dance classes
• Tap - Ages 7 and up, after 2-3 years of combination dance classes
• Lyrical Dance - Ages 11 and up
• Modern Dance - Ages 9 and up
• Hip-Hop - Ages 8 and up, recreational to advanced
• Acrobatics -Ages 6 and up
• Baton - Ages 6 and up

Martin Academy (ages 14-18) - Martin School of Dance is proud to offer a full time student program in conjunction with Martin Academy (within Martin Collegiate). This program is for elite dancers and twirlers that are wanting to expand on their training while finding a life/school/training balance. Students go to school in the mornings at Martin Academy and will train in either dance or twirl 2 afternoons a week as well as their evening classes. Click here for more information.
