The Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region is a part of the provincial Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region offers prenatal classes that cover topics such as breastfeeding and how to manage the first few weeks at home with your new baby. Class attendance is free and your support person is welcome.
