Would you like to participate in a safe, fast moving team sport that promotes physical fitness and fun? Would you like an opportunity to make new friends and play a game that is challenging and exciting? How About Trying Flag Football? It’s fast, fun, and exciting!

Flag football is a non-contact league for boys & girls ages 7 (6 turning 7 by Dec 31/2016) through 17 (16 turning 17 by Dec 31/2016), providing opportunities to learn new skills.

Flag football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, receiver, centre, and defensive back. Flag football season begins in August and continues until the end of September/early October. The goal of the CFL Flag League is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship while playing flag football.

We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our league is open to all boys and girls in Regina and surrounding towns.

SUMMER/FALL (New in 2016, in place of touch football) Registration opens early May and ends in June

SEASON RUNS FROM MID-AUGUST TO EARLY OCTOBER.

Division Age Groups:

• Tartans Division 7 years of age (mixed)
• Hilltops Division 8 - 9 years of age (mixed)
• Thunder Division 10 - 11 years of age (mixed)
• Rams Division 12 - 13 years of age (mixed)
• Huskies Division 14 - 15 years of age (mixed)
