Recreation and Athletic Services is located at the Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport.  We have a variety of programs that are offered at various times throughout the year, for ages 3 and up.

The University of Regina is extremely proud to be partnering with the Canadian Red Cross as a means of continuing to offer children and their families expanded aquatic programs that increase and promote health and safety. The Canadian Red Cross has been a leader in Swimming and Water Safety for close to 60 years and continues to renew and refine its learn-to-swim program to meet the growing needs of Canadians. Through Red Cross Swim the University of Regina is committed to offering a program that is based on research, the highest standards of injury prevention methodology, and proven learn-to-swim progressions.

We also offer Red Cross Leadership Programs for Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion,  Bronze Cross, and National Lifeguard Service Award.
