L'unique école francophone de Regina!  École Monseigneur de Laval, Regina's only public French as a first language school, preschool to grade 12, is part of the Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF), the provincial francophone school board. With over 300 students, the school is proud to affirm the French language and cultural heritage and also offers a French daycare service for children ages 18 months and above.

At École Monseigneur de Laval, we promote academic excellence through a curriculum defined by the Ministry of Education, which ensures that all graduating students are bilingual and well prepared for postsecondary education or the workforce. High school options include theatre, visual arts, a variety of Practical and Applied Art courses, as well as several distance education courses. Note that the English language art courses begin in grade 4.

Furthermore, École Monseigneur de Laval's students participate in a number of cultural and sports activities, including field trips (to the globe theatre, skiing and skating) to province- wide activities such as Omnium Fransaskois, the Parlement Jeunesse and Science fair. The school is also a member of the Regina High Schools Athletic Association (RHSAA). All this and more, in French naturally!
