Gymanstics Adventure offers recreational and competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, no school day and seasonal camps, birthday parties, as well as a huge indoor play structure.

COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS

Women's artistic gymnastics consists of four events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Within each of these events; strength, agility, flexibility, power and creativity are demonstrated.  We offer training to selected athletes from the provincial level, as well as the national level.  Please contact us for more information, or visit here.

CHEERLEADING

Cheerleading is a sport that consists of stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance. It is the newest activity to gain full sport status in Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan is the first province in Canada that has accepted cheerleading into full sport status. We are pleased to offer the cheer program to both male and female athletes age 8 to 18.  Our competitive cheer program runs as an 8 month program starting in September and finishing at the end of April.

CAMPS

No School Day Camps

Following the Regina Public School calendar, we have tons of fun filled activities scheduled throughout the day.  Camps are for children ages 3-6 (must be potty trained), and ages 7-12.  We offer programming geared to your child's age, no gym experience necessary.   Visit our website to find current information.
 

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Our Birthday package includes 1 hour semi structured gym time with an instructor followed by 30 minutes in a party room for cake and celebration! Excellent for children aged 3 to 12 years.  Click here for details and call us to book!

JUMPING JAVA CAFE & DROP-IN INDOOR PLAY STRUCTURE

For those who would like to attend on a more casual basis, children are welcome to drop-in and play in the play area which is equipped with a two story play structure with slides and a ball pit. The play area is also equipped with a variety of small soft play toys. Children play while parents enjoy their favourite beverage in the Jump ‘n Java Cafe.
